Please notify: online@303boards.com within 14 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Worn items will not be accepted for refunds. Shoes must have their original shoe box placed inside of a separate cardboard box to mail back to us. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective.
