Shipping & Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Worn items will not be accepted for refunds. Shoes must have their original shoe box placed inside of a separate cardboard box to mail back to us. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective.

303 Boards is not responsible for additional tariff or import fees that may be imposed on the recipient for any international orders. Nike SB products are not available for international ordering.

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within the State of Colorado.

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS. 

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. We respect the privacy of our customers and will not share your personal information with anyone for any reason. Credit card transactions on our site are securely processed through an SSL.
